While not enough for a full review, I thought I'd mention this fine beer. While dining with a friend this evening at an Italian restaurant in Norwalk, CT this beer caught my eye.
Cisco Brewing has a fine ale here in its Whale Tail Pale Ale. It was refined and firm in its flavor and what it wanted to be. Fruity hops combined with a deeper color than I'm used to for a Pale Ale make this Ale an interesting brew.
It combined well with the pizza that was ordered. Colder was better with this brew as a little bitterness came out as it warmed.
